The project is located in the PEACE CINEMA capital of Shanghai people’s Square and adjacent to Nanjing road pedestrian street. It is a famous movie theater with more than 60 years of history in Shanghai, and is unique among many cinemas in Shanghai.

KFC restaurant and  the PEACE CINEMA has always been a breakthrough and innovation, to adapt to the society has always maintained the original mind, leading the commercial trend, become the hearts of citizens unique cultural business landmarks

“Stay True”

The starting point of design comes from the attitude of “Stay True” .Everything develops from the beginning to the end, and finally back to the “one”. By many historical moments in series into a peaceful shadow, each picture quietly on the wall of history one by one.

The designer presents the invisible time with the trajectory of Spatial Change, trying to be perceived and experienced by people.

“Moving Trajectory”

Using white as the main tone to express a young and pure space, the circle implies creation, which may be a set of radial linear, or it may be the film plate used to play the movie, and it will evolve into a moving track in the space.

Arc elements are used to string the memory and brand connotation of this place, to bring unified artistic aesthetics and sense of future to the space,   attracting visitors to start the journey of exploration.

By redefining a large area of two floors, It strengthens the sense of space experience and establishes the public communication between people.The  stunning  red entrance opens up the exploration of space. The open outer space blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, and increases the possibility of more functions.The combination of terrazzo and metal perforated plates continues the futuristic feel of the moving track.

When food ,technology, aesthetics, art and culture appear in the restaurant, the present and future are explored in the space.
