This project at the Kirkstall Forge development, Leeds UK represents a 10,00 square ft fit out – incorporating the installation of high quality bespoke joinery, lighting, feature flooring and ceilings throughout the office area, along with the communal Butler’s Coffee – Bar – Kitchen, and business lounge.
Designed by Space Invader, the end result reflects the high-standards of developer, CEG. Ultimate Director, Dan Platt, told us: “We are extremely proud to have had the opportunity to work on a such a significant development.”
Butler’s will serve employees within the office development, rail users, visitors as well as the future residential community. Operating as a deli & restaurant by day and a bar by night.
