The 250 sqm conference and public auctions hall for jewelry and rare gemstones in an office area in Ramat Gan, Israel, has several functions, such as the management offices and a conference room. The harmonious light color palette doesn’t take away from the true colors of the gemstones when they’re being examined by experts. Concealed LED profiles fill the space with a halo of light. In the ceiling we used specially imported Italian lighting, placed to prevent the light from being too blinding for examinations. In the main conference hall and offices, darker see-through glass prevents the rooms from being isolated from the main hall. The grey concrete walls are embedded with brass stripes, subtly differentiating the room from the main hall.
