Alexander Rappoport successfully transferred the global restaurant trend to the gastronomic map of Moscow again. The Pythagoras restaurant became the place of experiments with Greek cuisine. There are no blue and white motifs, mosaics and antique columns. One of the conditions was the complete rethinking of Greek culture from a modern angle.
