No queues, no waiting and no physical barriers. Ulanka “Pit Stop Shopping” by CuldeSac materializes the future of footwear stores bringing the product closer to the customer. Choose, try and pay –these are the key premises of this flagship store recently opened in Valencia.

Inspired by the e-commerce language, the design transforms the whole brand’s business model by translating to a physical space key online concepts such as autonomy, immediacy or ease.

Warehouse and sales room are merged into one hybrid space to equally optimize each square meter and digital “click & collect” points introduce a self-service system encouraging a free movement of the user throughout the entire process, speeding up processes and maximizing sales.
