Robert Keyson is the area that many foreigner works in the nearby office located in the riverside of central Singapore.
Because it is an area that is crowded every day,
Instead of a purely Japanese setting, we adopted a counter design that fuses multinational Omega culture.
The store is divided into an indoor area consisting of a counter and an outdoor table area facing the sidewalk.
‘Sake’ is displayed at the open counter, and sake cups such as Edo Kiriko are also on sale.
At the symbolic circular counter that can be seen through the transparent noren curtain,
the chef will demonstrate the tempura making process.
