IDF Studio designed a San Francisco office for a video communications company with homey vignettes, bistro-style seating, an open kitchen, and vintage furnishings. IDF Studio was tasked with creating a space that feels like home for a confidential video communications company’s offices in San Francisco, California.
This San Francisco-based video communications company adapted quickly to post-Covid requirements for an office space. While much of the staff works remote, homey vignettes in a casual setting make necessary on-site meetings a pleasure. In lieu of individual desks, we favored bistro-style seating for group gatherings and an open kitchen for help-yourself convenience. Even the bathrooms boast the comforts of home, with period-specific tile and elegant marble counters. An eclectic mix of furnishings, including vintage-style church pews and channeled leather banquettes, gives the stripped-down industrial space a collected, lived-in approachability.
