Although already having a sizeable store in downtown Osaka, sportswear giant NIKE sees room for growth and has expanded its presence in the area with a brand new retail space—NIKE Shinsaibashi. The store measures no less than 982 sqm. (10,570 sq.ft.) spread across three floors of a modern building and sees various sections dedicated to different products of NIKE‘s vast collections. On the ground floor, the men’s and women’s performance apparel and footwear is presented. One floor up, women’s lifestyle apparel and footwear is showcased, in addition to kids apparel. The top floor of NIKE Shinsaibashi is the men’s domain, presenting apparel, footwear, and last but not least, items of the Jordan collection. Needless to say, this is a next-generation NIKE store as effortlessly blends offline and online shopping, and most notably through the innovative NIKE app which offers a digitally-driven experience in-store. Mind you, the NIKE app allows shoppers to scan product information, access member benefits and digital features that connect members with stores and products.
