FCV designed a nature-inspired office for Nomura Real Estate Development in Hanoi, incorporating elements like mountains and open spaces to create a fresh, comfortable, and spacious working environment.

In 2024, FCV designed and built the office for this relocation project. The client’s vision was to incorporate elements of nature and greenery to create a fresh, comfortable atmosphere in the workspace. FCV brought this vision to life by subtly incorporating the image of mountains into the entrance, and lighting design as well. The design invites visitors to use their imagination to perceive this natural imagery.

The overall layout is very open, with no walls or dividers between the open space and work areas. The meeting room features a sliding glass wall that is used only for occasional meetings, keeping the rest of the space open and welcoming. Although the footprint is small, the open design creates a sense of spaciousness, enhancing the client’s brand image with a feeling of generosity and openness.
