SANDOW builds smart businesses—driven by innovation and design—that deliver powerful products, services and experiences to a highly selective audience. When the company set out to design new global headquarters in New York’s Time & Life Building, it was important that the interiors reflected one of SANDOW’s core values—to obsess over quality and design. With the help of top global architecture firm Gensler, CEO Adam Sandow and his team put a lot of thought into what would inspire employees to get excited to come to work every day and perform at the highest level.
The result: a modern, open floor plan, colorful graphics, contemporary art and an in-house Starbucks and café seating area, where employees and guests can meet up to share ideas—and get caffeinated.
