experience, blending the company’s culture with a focus on employee well-being. The theme,
“Magnetic Metamorphosis,” was designed to attract talent, inspire creativity, and foster a
positive work environment.

The office features a festive Indian vibe, incorporating cultural elements to create a
welcoming atmosphere. Emphasizing natural light and ventilation, the design enhances well-
being while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. Sustainability was a priority, with the
project targeting LEED Platinum certification, and the spaces were designed for flexibility to
accommodate evolving work styles.

Key features include collaborative workspaces such as huddle rooms and open-plan areas,
wellness facilities like a fitness center and yoga studio, and sustainable design elements like
energy-efficient lighting. The festive theme is evident in the reception area, with rattan
screens and folk-dance-inspired installations. The office also offers zones for focused work,
socializing, dining, relaxation, learning, and rejuvenation.

Zyeta’s design successfully transformed LinkedIn’s Bengaluru office into an inspiring
workplace that reflects the company’s values, promoting creativity, collaboration, and
