The Noosa Chocolate Factory has set up its second retail store in Adelaide Street, Brisbane, Australia. Named ‘the dark chocolatier’, this speciality coffee and chocolate store houses the Noosa Chocolate Factory’s dark chocolate single origin, panning and slab range. The shelving consists of 84 handmade pine crates suspended floor to ceiling from the walls, these are screen-printed with the black Noosa Chocolate Factory logo. Australian made plywood panels serve to display the brands gift hampers and fresh rocky road products.

The 52sqm retail store has impressive 5.2m high ceilings and a 5 tone Australian hardwood timber floor set horizontally to widen the appearance of the store. The stores shop fit was designed and built by Noosa chocolate Factory chocolatiers Chris Thomson and Amy Sargeantson. Natural, timber materials and clean lines were embraced for the stores shopfit to capture the ethos of the Noosa Chocolate Factory Brand – fresh and uncomplicated Australian made chocolate products.
