The interior concept for this restaurant originates from the menu, which embraces traditional cooking methods without the use of gas. Located in the heart of the City of London, the interior concept for this restaurant originates from the menu, which embraces traditional cooking methods without the use of gas. Colours, materials and textures reflect the herbs, smoke and meat, while cracked adobe plaster and cage banquettes are reminiscent of eating around the campfire.

These elements are offset with a monumental brass bar, polished concrete tables and signature Tom Dixon lighting throughout.
