Taking inspiration from the studio spaces of high-end fashion designers, Formroom looked to combine materials swatches and hardware samples with bespoke cabinetry a in a combination of marble, mirror and gold tones. Large digital screens and iPads in store also allow customers to custom build their bags online from within the store.

The hub of the store is the Scent Discovery Bar, which was designed to invite and engage customers into the well-being experience, by enabling them to discover their main underlying wellbeing need – Sleep, Stress, Energy or Mood Boosting. Finished in a white-washed ply with copper framework, this elegant focal point encourages interaction and increases dwell time.
The team wanted to keep the space fairly clean and simple with a limited colour palette. The first idea was to have the ‘Closed loop’, which is such an important part of the H&M Conscious campaign, vinyled onto the floor so visitors could follow this path to navigate through the space. The Shop-Fit was kept minimal with lots of white and a touch of plywood.
