The white and wood theme perfectly captures the label’s minimal-but-warm aesthetic. Entering on ground level the staircase drops from the middle of the room, with amazing slatted dividers rising up on either side. Downstairs there is more pared-back, open plan goodness, leading out to a stone-lined courtyard. For one night, it was a pop-up bar (putting well-heeled ladies through their paces as they tried negotiating the two metres of terrain from the door to the alcohol) but will grow into a peaceful green haven over the coming months.
