A new restaurant and deli situated in a retail outlet village in Essex outside of London. The retail outlet concept traditionally works on the model of basic shopfit design and low retail prices which draws customers in from a wide radius. We introduced a new restaurant into a vacant retail unit combining the brand ethos of reclaimed materials in a simple and uncomplicated design that would act as a premium destination for shoppers.
