Entre Tablas, look and cheese pop-up by Hiruki studio, San Sebastian – Spain

“Belgrado” is a bar-gallery located in San Sebastian, Spain, in one of the busiest streets of the city. The venue contains different food and store pop-ups in order to provide the clients the opportunity to make their experience unique by choosing the menu from the different little shops.

Hiruki studio has designed one of those pop-ups, “Entre Tablas, look and cheese” where you can get different dishes made from local farmers´ cheese..

The design process started from an old cart, but it developed into a metallic and wooden geometric interpretation of the regional farmer houses and carts. The pop-up is composed of the cart, where the cheese is shown, the House which works like a tiny kitchen and an auxiliary furniture as a sale point.
