The Office Group (TOG), a leading provider of flexible office space, asked Shed to reimagine their building at 24 Greville Street, London, ready for the opening of the Farringdon Crossrail station opposite.

Taking cues from the craft of the Farringdon neighbourhood over the years (from diamond jewellers to blacksmiths), the driving idea was to Celebrate The Maker.

The building was originally a warehouse, with some very high ceilings and some very large windows. Period features of the building have been revealed and celebrated. Sanded pine floorboards and exposed brick provide a textured and natural backdrop to the new scheme. The rugged beauty of the engineering workshop comes through in black and gold metalwork.
