The UK’s market leader in luxury vinyl flooring Karndean Designflooring has launched a dynamic new retail concept to revolutionise the retail experience and support customers as they choose the right flooring for their home.

Retail experience agency The Shopper Agency was briefed in 2016 by Karndean Designflooring to create a vision for retail, re-defining the experience for both the shopper and the retailer.

The brief was to understand how customers make purchasing decisions and how retailers can meet customers’ needs, whilst informing the design process to create a meaningful and engaging shopper experience that was personalised, inspiring, seamless and human.
