Simplicity was key to Lululemon’s most recent window display, designed and installed by Lucky Fox, to mark the launch of their collaboration with principal dancer, Francesca Hayward of the Royal Ballet. Much like the collection – which purposely moves away from the stereotypical pastel and floral designs once synonymous with ballet dance wear – the window display was designed to give a modern, fresh take, with clean lines and a muted palette. A solo mannequin placed on a mirrored plinth, and lit by a single spotlight, is framed by a concertina, freestanding mirror sculpture, spanning the full height of the store windows. Strips of mirrored gold fret vinyl adorn the windows, working as a nod to Francesca’s love for all things gold.
