Cinc Sentits is a gastronomic restaurant located in Barcelona, awarded with a Michelin star.
The visit at the chef natal town was the initial point of the concept intervention; FIELD – TOWN –CITY, in reference to his career evolution, from the countryside to the city.
The architectural and interior design wants to transport the customer into the three stages of the concept, from rugged and untreated materials, placed in its purest state in the field, passing through the warmth of the town, to refining, brightness and clear colours of the Mediterranean cities. A system for the materials disposal in the entire intervention is created to unify the proposal, but at the same time allows each space to show its characteristics elements.
