Traditionally a go-to shopping venue for the older generation, Boundary Outlet wanted to attract a more diverse demographic with a new in-store experience providing fashion, homewares and hospitality from a large range of well-known brands.
Our key objective was to reenergize their flagship Colne store. We first began with customer journey mapping and retail strategy.
We wanted customers to feel delighted when walking around the store, whether they’re browsing home furnishings, trying on garments, or having a cup of coffee. Insight shows that happy customers will dwell longer, return more frequently, and ultimately increase basket spend.
