Snatch is a daring newcomer on the Riga restaurant scene. While working on the design, Open AD deep-dived into Italian culture, not skipping over its audacious, mischievous, even naughty sides. Classic elements like the column, atlas and marble have a key presence in the interior, but they’re an interpretation. Paired with neon, graffiti and leopard print, the result is a bold eclecticism. Is it the epitome of taste or borderline vulgarity? Depends who you ask! Open AD respects and admires the Italians’ daring spirit and ability to get away with what some would consider controversial.
