Bare witness is situated on the bank of Parramatta River facing new Wentworth point district across the river. The area is growing rapidly with an inflow of young population, and the focus of Bare Witness design was to provide these locals with a comfortable and relaxing place to dine, drink and spend their time. Façade is maintained as transparent as possible to achieve panorama waterfront view and district view of Wentworth point.
And, internal space is planned open and free, which perfectly reflects the ambition of the restaurant and chef himself – to serve healthy, trendy, and tasty food experience that is simultaneously cozy yet exciting. Bare Witness wants their customers to have the whole new experience of dining, but one that engages them with comfort. The design support this absolutely.
