Crave Kabob has made its debut in Chicago! This modern and minimal fast casual restaurant features authentic, fresh, and healthy Mediterranean fare prepared in-house daily. Upon entering under the spring green awning, you are greeted by the soaring height of this brightly lit, open two-story space, adorned with custom designed wallpaper inspired by the beautiful patterns of the Mediterranean; a modern homage to centuries old architectural traditions.

You place your order from four large digital menu screens at a beautiful white marble quartz counter backed by a wall clad in floor-to-ceiling white subway tile, a semi-open view into the kitchen, and a façade of architecturally spaced charred wood slats. Above the front counter are three televisions for customer enjoyment, set back into the wood façade which continues, adding a natural warmth, charm, and rhythm to the space. Black polished concrete floors ground the space and the black ceiling retracts, emphasizing the volume of the space.

Follow a staircase to a lofted second floor space and you will find additional tables, a view of the larger television, and a second marble quartz table top which mimics the counter below. The charred wood slats and custom wallpaper continue the theme established in the main dining room with the table tops carefully matched to the charred wood slats, maintaining warmth and continuity.

Located just blocks from the United Center and destined to be a go-to spotfor residents, foodies, sports fans, and concert goers alike, Crave Kabob provides a fresh, vegetarian friendly, and halal menu. Slick+designusa is ecstatic to have designed a modern, inviting, and inspired space for Crave Kabob, adding a fresh new vibe to the sprawling West Loop area and to Chicago’s progressive, ever expanding dining scene.
