Centre Commercial is the multi-brand flagship store of ECO sneaker label Veja in Paris. To celebrate the launch of the flagship’s very own Centre Commercial shoe line, a pop-up store has opened at Selfridges in London. Situated on the second floor, the pop-up consists of a three metre wall encrusted with wood marquetry. The inlays include walnut, oak and golden veneers that create an abstract graphic pattern. The space mixes influences from this traditional and intricate craft with modern elements of copper and steel, and is the perfect setting to showcase the collection of modern men’s shoes. These are all hand-made in Brazil with traditional techniques and natural materials.
