Rationalist’s hotel architecture located in the neighborhood Köpenicker Strasse in Berlin Mitte. The key concept of this project was to enhance the industrial character of the building. We left the structures exposed showing its architecture of postwar. Pipes, air conditioning vents, pillars uncoated, graffiti in the reception area. The hotel has what everyone looks for in Berlin, authenticity, history and originality. The furniture was designed to fit into this environment, in public areas especially enhances dark colors, black, maroon, and luminaires falling from a roof over 5 meters.
In the rooms we bet on black & white, looking over a radical contrast. The functional and comfortable furniture provide maximum comfort.

Design: Denys & von Arend
