Our windows for LANCEL SS16 are in! Rolling out in stores across France and worldwide, the new season unveils a new canvas inspired by the LANCEL archives: the Iconic collection. The revolving L reinterprets the Maison’s Art Deco motif, which was first revealed on the engraved metal lighters on the 1930’s. Extruded, extended and scaled up 1000%, the bold graphic is translated into 3D to form a striking and dynamic backdrop to the product. In a mix of colours to reflect those of the season, each element is constructed from a different material and aligned carefully to form the pattern. The extended shapes also reach across the front of plinths displaying the new bag, bringing the pattern to the foreground.
