KOUTZOUKOS meat & more is a new project from MANOUSOS LEONTARAKIS & ACCOSIATES design office, in which the shop was entirely renovated. The materials used for the façade are marble “Icarus” combined with ETAL BOND in champagne colour, overhang we used teak specific wood for external surfaces. Generally on the outside we used with different volumes and different surfaces.

In the interior, on the floor we used tiles 1.20*1.20 and on the walls, tiles 8*18. The lighting design was made with LED. In the product windows, glass was placed in a special position for better visibility. On the roof, which was constructed by the furniture maker, we used oak wood. The laboratories are lined entirely with tiles on the wall and the floor in combination with epoxy putty.

Finally in the laboratories, glass was used so the cutting of the meat can be visible and three different chambers ere created for better sorting.
