“The Smoke House” in Grand Hyatt Dalian is located along the beach which is 10 km south of central Dalian.
This Asian Grill is Hyatt’s new F&B concept with a charcoal grill implemented in each of the tables where the guests can enjoy various Asian flavours.

Scaffoldings which are commonly used in China are scattered across the space as it flows out to the exterior allowing an overwhelming view from the beach whilst representing the rapid growth of Asia.

The Smoke House which can be viewed as construction site will entice various guests to grill their own food creating sounds and smell in this chaotic space. This restaurant will become a gigantic torch as it offers a place of communication to the people visiting Dalian.
