Maares is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with D.O.P Campo de Calatráva, of Picual variety. The Maares specialty finds on the area where it’s produced, a volcanic ground in the center of Spain, called Campo de Calatrava, which brings mineral wealth to its crops besides to other production areas. The difference in the layers of the ground where your olive trees are grown is what we take as a starting point and concept to create your label. Thus a superposition of different Arjowiggins papers is remark, simulating the different layers of the ground referring to the place of origin of Maares.
