After in launch in 2009, the first own retail locations adjacent to HQ was estabilished in Amsterdam’s “Nine Streets” neighborhood directly in the brand’s backyard. The Denham House in Tokyo represented a pilgrimage to the home of artisan denim craft. The location in London reconnects Denham to Britain’s tailoring heritage which experts a steady influence on their approach to detail.
THE THRUT IS IN THE DETAILS The DENHAM label is focused on balancing an intense commitment to progressive design against an equally obsessive respect for jeans craft tradition – Worship Tradition, Destroy Convention. The DENHAM GARMENT LIBRARY is the physical manifestation of this obsession, providing deep and unique sources of inspiration for our design process. We try to manifest our “jeanmaker” ethic of honest craftsmanship multiplied by fearless experimentation and invention not only in every jean we create, but in every garment in the line and every other aspect of the label.
