Creative director Raf Simons may have left the building but Jil Sander continues to steadily expand its retail empire, especially in booming Asia. The fashion brand now has turned its focus on Taiwan, opening a monobrand store at Bellavita, the leading luxury shopping mall in the capital Taipei. Located on the second floor next to plenty of luxury peers, it measures 150 sqm. and a mixture of white corian, shiny steel and glass makes up its sleek interior.

The new Jil Sander store carries the women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories collections, as well as items from the Jil S navy ready-to-wear and accessories lines. Two additional stores were simultaneously launched in Taichung and in Kaohsiung, respectively in central and south Taiwan.
